Barn Swallow Theatre
The Barn Swallow Theatre is a family-owned live entertainment venue located at Douglas Hill Orchard in Sebago, Maine.
The theatre is located on the top floor of an 1800's barn and has earned the term "hole in the wall" for its unique character and shock factor when visitors enter for the first time!

Kevin Lucy
Artistic Director & Executive Producer of Lights Out!
Co-Founder of The Barn Swallow Theatre
Kevin was born with a love for music, a passion for the arts, and a talent for bringing people together through laughter. Kevin and his twin brother, Brian began building community through music at a young age - and it's safe to say that it continues being a unique trait of his identity.
Along with his fan-favorite role as Phil West, Kevin's roles include directing, casting, video editing, set design, screenwriting, and so much more!

Brian lives a life of passion for creative design & love for the arts. He has a unique ability to translate abstract ideas to concrete reality, which creates show after successful show! Brian and Kevin's personalities complement each other perfectly - which is the foundation of the Barn Swallow Theatre's success.

Along with his role as lighting & sound director, Brian's roles include screenwriting, set design, talent communication, stage management, videography, and so much more!
